Barbara Barry, Business Analytics Manager, Kimberly-Clark Corporation
Barbara Barry is the Business Analytics Manager for the Consumer Services Department at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, based in Neenah, Wisconsin. She has been with K-C for almost a year and a half. Her primary role is to support the Brand Liaisons and their communications with the marketing teams regarding consumer response trends. She is also responsible for trending overall volume and drivers that impact the contract and budget with the outsourced consumer contact center. Barbara also has over 25 years’ experience in CPG marketing research, primarily with The Nielsen Company. Her role there was largely in Client Service, supporting the consumer panel arena, focused on the analytics behind consumer purchase behavior. Barbara lives in Appleton, Wisconsin with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
Justin Benson, Site Reporting and Integration Lead, General Motors
Justin Benson is the Site Reporting and Integration Lead on the business delivery team for General Motors Contact Center. He is the business point of contact for our site directors regarding reporting needs, questions, and future report design with a focus on common metrics and broad enterprise reporting solutions. He has been with GM for 3 years and has Reporting Analyst experience working with the Customer Assistance Center. Justin graduated in 2010 from Michigan State University with a degree in History and Mathematics Education, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Justin is happily married and lives in Royal Oak, Michigan with his wife, dog and Guinea pig.
Kiersti Bird, Manager of Consumer Connections, WhiteWave Foods
Kiersti Bird is Manager Consumer Connections with WhiteWave Foods and has been building bridges between consumers and marketing organizations for 11 years. Kiersti is responsible for acting as the strategic liaison between WhiteWave Foods’ consumers and their brands which include Silk®, So Delicious®, Horizon Organic®, Wallaby Yogurt Company®, International Delight® and Land O Lakes® creamers. She focuses on providing accurate and timely information to increase consumer satisfaction and drive key business decisions. Kiersti has a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado and an International MBA with an emphasis in marketing strategy from University of Denver.
Nate Buin-Slot, Manager of Data Strategy and Reporting, General Motors
Nate Bruin-Slot is the Manager of the Data Strategy and Reporting team for General Motors Global Contact Center Organization. His team of data and business intelligence professionals manages all contact center data integration and governance worldwide. The Data and Reporting team works alongside GMIT to integrate and leverage data within GM’s Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The team is responsible for testing and monitoring the quality of the Contact Center data and produces standardized operational reports for all lines of business. Nate lives in Clarkston, MI with his wife and 2-year-old daughter whom they adopted as a newborn infant. When he is outside work he loves to spend time off-road four wheeling and hanging out with friends and family.
Tom Kanable, Business Delivery Team Leader, General Motors
Tom Kanable is the Business Delivery Team Leader for GM’s Global Data Strategy & Reporting team in Detroit, MI., where he and his team of business intelligence professionals work with the contact center operations team to identify opportunities and execute data strategies and reports that result in customer experience improvements. Prior to his work with the contact centers, he spent six years creating the customer experience in GM’s Austin, TX Customer Engagement Center. When not deep in finding creative ways to crunch data and tell a visual story with data, Tom has his hands full with an energetic 15-week-old Italian Greyhound puppy (Who does not yet understand that daddy is collecting data on how many treats it takes to convince him to do some tricks) and his 7-year-old niece.
Kristopher Kottabi, Senior Analyst, HGS
Kristopher Kottabi, HGS Senior Analyst, Consumer Relations, is dedicated to Tyson Prepared Foods featuring Ball Park, Hillshire Farm, Sara Lee, Jimmy Dean to name a few brands. Kris has been an analyst for many CPG companies which has widely enhanced his knowledge base on consumer affairs reporting. His insights have enabled him to deliver the data in a fashion that allows stakeholders to easily and quickly absorb the data to make informed decisions.
Adria Kramer, Data Analyst in Consumer Relations, Continental Mills
Adria Kramer is a Data Analyst in Consumer Relations for Continental Mills. Continental Mills is located in Seattle, WA and has been in business since 1932. Their most recognized brand is Krusteaz, and they also produce Ghirardelli Baking Mixes, Buck Wild, Wild Roots Foods, Kretschmer Wheat Germ and Albers.
In Adria’s role, she interacts primarily with the Retail and Club Consumers and is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting valuable consumer insights to the rest of the organization. Adria has been with Continental Mills for 1 year.
Maureen Meier, Senior Manager of Consumer Relations, PepsiCo
Maureen Meier is Sr. Manager, Consumer Relations for PepsiCo (formerly Quaker Oats). She serves as a business liaison to the Tropicana division, leads the reporting function for North America, and is part of the global expansion core team. Previously a member of the SOCAP National Board of Directors, she currently sits on the BOD for the Chicago chapter.
Craig Naylor, CTO, Cybersafe Solutions
Craig Naylor is a highly accomplished practitioner in cyber security. He advises senior executives, presents at seminars, participates on panels to educate the community on cyber threats, and is an Adjunct Instructor for the first NSA-certified Cybersecurity Center. Additionally, Mr. Naylor is a serial entrepreneur, having founded five technology startups and worked at three others.
In addition to startups, Mr. Naylor has broad industry experience in government, media, telecommunications, technology and finance. He has worked for NASA, The U.S. Navy, The Army Corps of Engineers, Nielsen, AT&T, Dell, Nasdaq and JP Morgan over the course of his career.
Mr. Naylor holds multiple undergraduate and graduate degrees in technology and science. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy, the University of Maryland, Rowan University and Troy University. He’s earned 16 industry certifications over the past 20 years.
On a personal note, Mr. Naylor was a nationally ranked swimmer, holding a handful of Mid-Atlantic and National records over the course of his career. He was an NCAA National Champion, four-time NCAA All-American and was inducted into the Rowan University Sports Hall of Fame in 2007, where he currently holds several university records.
Danielle Richardson, Manager of Reporting and Data Analysis, ConAgra Foods
Danielle Richardson is the manager of the Consumer and Customer Affairs Reporting and Data Analysis team at ConAgra Foods. She has been in the food industry for over 21 years, working for both Dannon and ConAgra Foods. Danielle started as a lab tech in a manufacturing plant, and has since worked in R&D, Supplier Quality, Corporate Quality and Consumer Affairs, with responsibilities including technical development and training, microbiologist, product development, document management, data analysis and company reporting, system administration and recall coordinator. Danielle has a BS in Microbiology from The Ohio State University.
Sharon Rickabaugh, Manager of Consumer Relations, Continental Mills
Sharon Rickabaugh is the Manager of Consumer Relations for Continental Mills. Continental Mills is located in Seattle, WA and has been in business since 1932. The producer of dry food mixes, beverage mixes, and trail mixes - Continental Mills most recognized brand is Krusteaz. Doug Rippy, Software Solutions Evangelist, Astute Solutions
Doug Rippy, Astute Solutions. Doug has been working in the consumer services industry for more than 17 years helping customers find ways to use process and technology to build better relationships with their consumers. He has worked as a consultant with customers to implement contact center solutions and has been head of development building consumer focused solutions. His current role of Software Solutions Evangelist allows him to work with existing customers, partners, and prospects to understand the ever-changing needs of consumer brand companies and bring solutions to the market to meet those needs.
John Stieger, Chief Marketing Officer, Wilke Global
John Stieger is CMO of Wilke Global, the leading consumer affairs software provider to CPG manufacturers. Previously he held executive roles in consumer relations, social media, brand, and IT with P&G and Gillette. His experience also includes management consulting, tending bar, selling shoes, and bagging groceries. John holds a MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Colgate University.
Leslie Summer, Product Integrity Manager, General Mills
Leslie Summer is a Product Integrity Manager with General Mills. In this role and with over 30 years of experience at the company, Leslie leads a team providing support to General Mills' Consumer Relations, including delivering Voice of the Consumer (VOC) insights to the GMI organization, partnering with key internal functions to take action on consumer insights (sparking innovation), social analysis and alerting, and bringing resolution to out-of-court settlement for product liability claims.
Priscilla Sutherland, Director of Consumer Affairs, Butterball
Priscilla Sutherland is the Director of Consumer Affairs at Butterball LLC. In addition to owning the year-round call center experience for Butterball consumers, this role also manages the ever-popular Butterball Turkey Talk-Line ® which provides holiday meal expertise in November and December each year. Prior to joining Butterball LLC in 2013, Priscilla performed a variety of roles in her 33 years at Kellogg Company. In addition to her Consumer Affairs experience (10 years), her Kellogg career included roles in manufacturing, distribution, human resource and finance.
Jake Westerman, Enterprise Reporting Analyst, General Motors
Jake Westerman is an Enterprise Reporting Analyst on the business delivery team. Jake spends his time defining requirements and developing reports for GM’s Technical Assistance and Business Resource Contact Centers. At a higher level, Jake worked to create a centralized “one-stop-shop” for all of GM’s Global Customer Experience reporting using Tableau Server as well as an in-house-developed “EDW Portal”. Jake lives in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan with his wife, 18-month old daughter and newborn daughter (that is right, an 18-month old and a newborn!).
