The National Retail Federation (NRF) now predicts that holiday retail sales will rise a stunning 3.6 to 5.2% this holiday season. That is great news in today's economy and rearranging the retail customer service landscape!
- How has this impacted your customer care support? What changes have you made?
- How are you adapting to the new challenges of shopper choice, delivery options in the new virtual economy while maintaining the best practices of the brick-and-mortar store and Work At Home?
- What does this mean for the retail customer care industry?
Join Lowe's, Nike and your retail colleagues to talk about these and other topics during the first Retail Community Roundtable, Wednesday, January 20th 2:00-3:30PM ET.
Speaker: Dave Cherry, principal of Cherry Advisory, LLC, is a thought leader, executive strategist and speaker. We will compile the results, identifying the topics for our first meeting based on your prioritization. If you don’t see a key area of importance to you/your business, feel free to add it in the other/comments field.
