Yan Jiang 
Yan Jiang is the Head of Business Insight, Women's HealthCare at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. He provides strategic insights and data analytics for Bayer’s Cardiorenal, Neurology, Hematology, and Pulmonology businesses. Previously he worked at large pharmaceutical companies, small biotech, consulting, and equity research firms before joining Bayer. His passion is using data analytics to drive business results.
 
Dr. Daniel Jonas 
Daniel Jonas is an experienced entrepreneurial expert with a demonstrated history of shaping and running digital transformations in large organizations. He has been working for Campana & Schott for many years where he developed cross-channel customer experiences and new customer-centric products for clients as well as establishing successful approaches to insights management at international companies. He holds a PhD in Innovation Management, has been lecturing at universities and is passionate about demonstrating innovative business approaches at conferences
