The SOCAP Wisconsin Chapter wants to take you on a journey - a customer mapping journey.
The moment a consumer is aware of your brand or services, you are providing a customer experience. They will read online reviews, browse your website and social media pages, hear word-of-mouth experiences, view advertising, and make comparisons to your competitors.
The best way to ensure that consumers are consistently delighted at each touch point is to leverage Journey Maps. Customer Journey Mapping is a powerful process that enables organizations to see themselves through the lens of the customer, align on future state vision, and effectively drive cross-functional execution.
