SOCAP Ohio Chapter: Improving the Customer Experience from "Start to Finish"

Join the SOCAP Ohio Chapter as they provide two dynamic presentations.

First, you will hear from the Cleveland Sight Center (CSC). They are a non-profit that has served the needs of Northeast Ohio residents with vision impairments.

Next, InfoCision will discuss how the strategic partnership with CSC was created to enhance the consumer experience through InfoCision’s Omni channel solutions.

Following the presentations and networking lunch, there will be a brief walking tour that includes four stops within the InfoCision campus. Each stop will feature a 10 minute presentation focused on the following areas: Business Analytics, InTelaResponse Model, Traditional Customer Service Call Center and IT Center Reception.

Make sure to bring your walking shoes!

Participants will leave with:

    • Business Analytics Overview;
    • InfoCision's client focused data drives ROI for their customers;
    • A review of InfoCision’s new InTelaResponse model, the latest
      automated call technology;
    • The traditional customer service call center; and
    • Door prizes at the closing of the event.
