Thanks to Steve Baue, President and CEO of ERC sharing with us valuable content on creating greater resiliency for leaders and teams!

Based on feedback from the event and tour of the Goodwill Center:
"Content was awesome!" "Very practical!"

"Great community feel of the venue, loved the tour.  I liked being a part of something for the community."

"Unique tour that you could relate back to your life. Really admire the employees making a difference in people's lives."

"Content was exactly what I needed to hear and really good for leaders to think about their leadership in such a different way."

Thank you to everyone that attended!  We hope to see you at our next event in early fall.

Leveraging Technology to Boost the Customer Journey

Another successful SOCAP WI chapter event at Lambeau Field! We had a great turnout and learned so much from our vendors, Astute, Augment, Rank & Minor, Aspect and Snowfly.  Attendees were able to learn and ask many questions in regards to Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, and how to use technology to manage Agent Attrition.  A special thank you to, Alta Resources, John Bere for kicking off the event and those that donated door prizes for our attendees.  In addition to all the great learnings, the day also ended on a high note with a tour of Lambeau Field!

A special thank you to everyone who donated food for Feeding America of Northeastern WI.  We appreciate your donation to our community!

Comments from those who attended the event:
I liked the sharing of best practices!

I found this most valuable by being able to hear from experts on topics that I otherwise may not have been able to learn this in depth about!

Gallup Event - Strengths-Based Leadership

Hands on learning and interactive fun!

Thank you to Motus for hosting our recent Gallup event centering around Strengths-Based Leadership and How to Create Engagement everyday.  Participation was high and those that attended felt it was an engaging and high energy learning environment.  Those that attended walked away with a greater understanding of their own top 5 talents and also learned how to apply it to their own teams.

Also, thank you to Jeff Burger for sharing all of his knowledge with our members and non-members!

Comments from those who attended the workshop:
The content was directional for my future.

Learning my top 5 strengths and seeing how strengths relate to everyday.

I gained a deeper understanding of my strengths and learned more about how others people's strengths compliment them!

Six Sigma White Belt Training Workshop

A Great Day of Learning!

Our recent event held at UW Credit Union in Madison was a huge success!  Participants learned the basics of Six Sigma practices while also participating in a real simulation to put Six Sigma methodology to use!  At the end of the day, they earned a Six Sigma White Belt and a wealth of knowledge that they could take back to their business.

Thank you to UW Credit Union for the fantastic facilities!  Also, a big thank you goes out to Mark Strassburg and Amy Bouthilet, both from Alta Resources, who put on a fantastic workshop for our members and non-members!

Comments from those who attended the workshop:
The activity really helped drive home the value of the training and content!

What a fun and energetic presentation of topic!
