SOCAP and BBB Trust Talks:
Trust and the Customer Experience

Wednsday, January 16, 2019
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Join SOCAP International and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for an important discussion on trust and the customer experience.

Aided by the speed of technology and social media, customer experiences can make or break a business. Today’s companies, therefore, must be customer-centric, employee-focused and innovative as well as environmentally and socially conscious. With extensive research into what builds respect, trust and loyalty between companies and their customers, the findings from BBB’s research study,5 Gestures of Trust, suggest that consumers who report positive experiences and loyalty with companies tend to describe them as: Honest, Transparent, Proactive, Humble and Equitable.

The BBB Future of Business Series offers a unique opportunity to discuss the importance of how and why businesses create corporate cultures that leverage consumer trust in a changing, disruptive and innovative business environment.

Connected like never before - for both consumers and businesses - trust matters. Trust brings us together to accomplish incredible things that make our lives, our businesses and ultimately our world better.

Join SOCAP and the BBB for a discussion of the findings of the5 Gestures of Trust. Find out how companies like Airbnb are applying these key learnings in an effort to improve the customer experience.

Following these presentations, we will have deeper conversations through a facilitated round-table discussion about applying the elements of trust, loyalty and respect to our own business circumstances.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn what distinguishes trusted companies.
  • Empower your business to be better with the 5 gestures.
  • Build customer relationships based on respect and trust.

Expand your network as you share ideas and trust-building strategies with your peers.

We invite our SOCAP community and BBB Accredited Businesses in the San Francisco area to be a part of the conversation!
