I am more than honored and excited to continue into 2020 as President of our New England SOCAP Chapter. Our board includes significant local talent and our team has come together to support the mission of exceptional customer care wonderfully. I expect this year will be busy with so many new technologies available and the continued attention to the consumer experience. I am honored to work alongside so many great leaders and their organizations.
We continue to aim to increase membership and expand our reach in order to continue to bring new ideas and strategies to our industry colleagues. Our chapter is, and will continue to be, a primary resource for Consumer Affairs Professionals. We strive to gather and share best practices for promoting positive customer experiences recognizing their significance in the ultimate success of each business and organization.
We welcome all area Consumer Affairs and Customer Service Professionals to join our chapter, our meetings, and our conversations in order to better ourselves, improve our roles and inspire our companies and their customers.
