Founded in 1973, SOCAP International represents a thriving global profession of best-in-class customer care experts across all industries.  The New England Chapter is a local chapter that is part of the larger 40-year-old international network of professionals devoted to consumer affairs and customer satisfaction issues called SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals).  Members today include those involved with consumer affairs, customer service, customer relationship management, inbound call centers, market research, information systems integration, sales and marketing, database new england mapmanagement, new business and operations across a wide range of industry verticals.
