Founded in 1973, SOCAP International represents a thriving global profession of best-in-class customer care experts across all industries. Committed to connecting you and the essential professional tools and networking opportunities that make you and your organization more successful, SOCAP provides a wide variety of products, services and benefits for customer care professionals.
The MN chapter currently has approximately 120 members from a variety of industries and companies. Our goal is to host 3-4 events this year focusing on trends in technology, leadership development and networking. Networking potential as a group is both extremely promising and yet largely under-utilized. Let’s work together towards changing that! Here is how you can get more out of your membership:
