The Great Lakes Chapter (GLC) is a local chapter that is part of the larger 40-year-old international network of professionals, focused on the needs of people dedicated to the customer service experience.
Our community includes those involved with consumer affairs, customer service, customer relationship management, inbound call centers, market research, information systems integration, sales and marketing, database management, new business and operations across a wide range of industry verticals.
The GLC hosts regular educational meetings where we utilize our local professionals, involved with the industry, to share their insights. Local meetings are supplemented by national conventions which include opportunities to network with the entire SOCAP International member community.
