"Time for You" Virtual Meeting

The SOCAP FL Chapter invites you to take time for you. Everyone has worked tirelessly during this COVID-19 pandemic to adapt, shift, and pivot. We’ve protected our brands and given everything to make sure customers and clients are happy.

Have you given the same care and attention to your own needs?!!

Presenter Molly Williams is known as the Stress-Reduction Crusader and Ambassador of Joy. During this FREE hour virtual session, she will guide us through a fun and powerful experience that will magically nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and clarify your priorities for your own well-being.

  • In Part I, explore the value of unstructured data and how to turn it into business intelligence.
  • Then, in Part II, learn to prioritize your insights and put the right ideas in front of the right teams to transform your company’s operations.

Follow the journey of the “ACME Corp” as their customer voice team works to turn feedback they’re receiving through email, social media and online reviews, into a clear call to action for Acme senior management.

Chris Martinez, Founder and CEO, Idiomatic

Daniel Jonas is an experienced entrepreneurial expert with a demonstrated history of shaping and running digital transformations in large organizations. He has been working for Campana & Schott for many years where he developed cross-channel customer experiences and new customer-centric products for clients as well as establishing successful approaches to insights management at international companies. He holds a PhD in Innovation Management, has been lecturing at universities and is passionate about demonstrating innovative business approaches at conferences. Campana & Schott is an international management and technology consultancy with more than 400 employees at locations in Europe and the US. For more than 25 years they have been passionately assisting companies in managing complex change projects of any size. These range from overseeing changes in company strategies in programs and projects to the operative management of digital or classic transformations.

Chris Martinez is the Founder and CEO of Idiomatic (, a company that uses artificial intelligence to help customer care teams unlock customer intelligence. Their AI mines free form verbatim data to automatically understand and categorize conversations with customers at scale. This lets companies systematically know what their customers are saying and how they can improve customer experience. Prior to Idiomatic, Chris founded and ran data for Glow (, a leading publisher of mobile health apps for women. Glow was spun out of HVF, Max Levchin’s (a co-founder of PayPal) startup studio, where Chris was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Previously, Chris spent many years camped at Stanford, racking up a BA in math & computer science from Stanford University, a JD from Stanford Law School, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
