The SOCAP Florida Chapter is a group where customer engagement professionals from a wide community of Florida organizations come together to share their experiences and enhance their expertise from leaders across the state.  Our board is committed to bring our members opportunities for networking, as well as tools for optimized operational efficiency and customer experience.  Our programs feature success stories from real-world CRM enhancements, leveraging technology to drive innovation in customer success, and more!
