SOCAP International Appoints New President & CEO



ALEXANDRIA, VA, July 16, 2018 – The SOCAP International Board of Directors is thrilled to announce Marjorie Bynum, CAE, as its new President and CEO. Bynum is a 12-year veteran of the SOCAP staff, most recently serving as Vice President, Strategic Learning, Leadership and Communications.

Under Bynum’s leadership, SOCAP International will advance its mission to build community, curate content, and deliver industry insights so that members – at all levels and across all industries – can drive customer care and engagement within their organizations.
