Increasing overall member value with more relevant content including new podcasts and benchmarking studies, continuation of our Data Reporting and Quality Monitoring Workshops, Webinars, and more.

Strengthening our local chapters. Based on our current status, all signs are trending in a positive direction. Membership, conference participation and overall revenue are up. Also, several new chapters have recently launched and we have hired new team members who will strengthen our marketing and membership efforts.
