You're invited to kick-start your day with an early morning fitness session before symposium learning begins! SOCAP is pleased to offer this complimentary fitness kick-boxing session - a great way to replace your steps while attending the conference and get fit from head-to-toe! All fitness levels are welcome at this session, where we'll warm up, stretch and learn how to jab, cross, hook, upper cut & front kick! Join your SOCAP peers for a healthy alternative to prepare you for a day full of networking and learning!
