KICK-BOXING SESSION

You're invited to kick-start your day with an early morning fitness session before symposium learning begins! SOCAP is pleased to offer this complimentary fitness kick-boxing session - a great way to replace your steps while attending the conference and get fit from head-to-toe! All fitness levels are welcome at this session, where we'll warm up, stretch and learn how to jab, cross, hook, upper cut & front kick! Join your SOCAP peers for a healthy alternative to prepare you for a day full of networking and learning!

This session will be led by HapKido Coordinated Energy trainer Cynthia Carrese

Join your SOCAP peers and fellow symposium attendees for a gentle, de-stressing beginner-friendly yoga class to prepare yourself for day 2 of SOCAP Indy. All are welcome at this early morning session where we'll learn simple, effective yoga poses and breathing techniques. Start your day by learning some simple calming and centering techniques to help you focus on the last full-day of learning!

This session will be led by RYT 500 certified Yoga Alliance Trainer, Christa Heibel
