Cancellations | Refunds | Substitutions
Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) to the SOCAP National Office. A $100 processing fee per registration will be applied on refund requests received on or before September 1, 2022. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after September 5, 2022. Member attendee substitutions will gladly be accepted at no charge until September 5, 2022 ($100 processing fee per registration will be applied on any substitutions).
Please be aware that by participating in SOCAP’s Fall Symposium, you are automatically authorizing the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (hereinafter “SOCAP”) and its employees, agents and assigns to use your name, company name, photograph, voice or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of SOCAP, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of SOCAP and its various programs. By registering for this event, you agree to grant SOCAP and its authorized representatives permission to record on tape, disc, cassette, film, video and other media, your participation in the event. Registrants further agree that any or all of such material recorded and/or photographed may be used, in any form, by SOCAP and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
