We are a US-based provider of customer support, technical support, fulfillment, social media monitoring and engagement, and outbound survey and marketing research.
We use the Interactive Intelligence i3 ACD system, third party software CRM systems, and custom applications to provide services to clients.

We provide services to many brand-name clients. We were one of the earliest customer support companies to provide social media and selected response for our clients.
Our fulfillment systems are fully integrated with our contact center applications, allowing extremely fast and efficient fulfillment processing.
