This year’s Annual Conference will focus on the theme, Connecting with Your Customers through Collaborative Relationships. Today’s customer care professionals are involved in a variety of important relationships.  These relationships involve the ability to build effective, consistent collaboration with a range of audiences—with consumers, internal staff teams, other departments within the company (e.g., marketing, C-suite),  outsourced partners/suppliers and other entities.  SOCAP’s 2012 Annual Conference will address these types of critical relationships through a variety of perspectives.  You will walk away with tangible, actionable strategies, best practices and other takeaways to support the customer relationship.  Educational sessions will be organized around the key topics of Consumer Diversity, Engagement Channels and Loyalty.

At the Annual Conference, SOCAP will once again host its 2012 Automotive Summit (October 17-18), which brings together major automotive brands such as GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda and others to network and discuss customer care-related impacting the auto industry.   Additionally, the Annual Conference will include SOCAP’s Golf Tournament along with several pre-conference social activities PLUS special post-conference sessions to complete your conference experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email or fax) to the SOCAP National Office.  A processing fee of $250 will be charged on refunds received on or before September 14, 2012. No refunds after September 14, 2012.  Substitutions will be gladly accepted at no charge until September 28, 2012.  A $150 fee will be charged on any substitutions made between September 28 and October 5, 2012.  No substitutions after October 5, 2012.  Registration transfers to future meetings will not be accepted.
