2017 WACRA/SOCAP Conference

The WACRA Board is pleased to announce the 2017 WACRA Conference, October 25-26 in San Diego, California, USA! This year, the conference will be held in collaboration with SOCAP International's Annual Conference, October 22-26 at The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. As a WACRA member, you will continue to have a chance to share and learn from a diverse group of international brands while still having robust, industry-specific conversations with your counterparts as you have enjoyed at past WACRA annual events.

You may recall at last year’s WACRA event in Finland, SOCAP's president, Brian Costanzo, presented an airline benchmarking study based on SOCAP’s Customer Engagement Framework. Thanks to WACRA member participation, SOCAP was able to offer this benchmark study that revealed industry positioning within four key areas: People, Process, Strategy and Technology. 

This year, the WACRA Board came up with a creative strategy to partner with SOCAP to hold the WACRA Conference during the dates of SOCAP's Annual Conference (October 22-26) in San Diego, CA. We are pleased to offer WACRA members different registration options to include participation in SOCAP's conference.

Registration Fees:

Two options to choose from (to see agenda options please click here):

  • Option 1: WACRA/SOCAP Event - $995 per person.* Fee includes three days including attendance on Day 2 to the SOCAP Annual Conference. See agenda under Quick Links (on right side of page). Register for Option 1 here.
  • Option 2Attend the Full WACRA/SOCAP Event - $1,175 per person.* Fee includes four days attendance including both days of the SOCAP Annual Conference. See agenda under Quick Links. Register for Option 2 here.

NOTE: *This special pricing is for WACRA members only and is being subsidized by WACRA along with the Sponsors and Exhibitors of the WACRA event. Business Partners are welcome to attend by purchasing one of the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Packages.

SOCAP's 2017 Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email to socap@socap.org) to the SOCAP National Office. A processing fee of $250 per registration will be charged on refunds received on or before September 15, 2017. No cancellations or refunds after September 15, 2017. Substitutions will be gladly accepted at no charge until September 15, 2017. A $175 fee per registration will be charged on any substitutions made after September 15, 2017. Registration transfers to future meetings will not be accepted.
