Ohio Chapter - Social Media & Analytics Go Together Like PB&J - SOLD OUT

June 15, 2017

A survey conducted by Prepared Foods Magazine indicates that the average American will have consumed 1,500 Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches by the time they graduate high school. However, this classic American sandwich has not always been the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and sometimes crunch that we know & love today.

Early peanut butter pairings included things such as pimento, nasturtium, cheese, and watercress; but, in the late 1890s and early 1900s, technology and innovations in the food industry led to the development of the eternally nostalgic PB&J Sandwich that now occupies our hearts (and stomachs)!

The same can be said of Consumer Affairs…
What was once a cost center at the bottom of a P&L sheet has risen to the forefront of many companies marketing strategies. Consumer Affairs, now more than ever before, has a seat at the table. As such, providing a best-in-class customer experience has become a staple in many companies, much like the PB&J Sandwich did way back when. Join us as we explore industry leaders, The J.M. Smucker Company, their rich history, beautiful campus, and robust practices in the areas of Social Media and Analytics. This one-of-a-kind program will spark ideas and offer networking opportunities to help refine your Consumer Affairs operation!
