Workshop Speaker: Tom Hoff

Regional Director Business Development- Atlanta, GA

Tom Hoff leads some of Gallup’s largest and most strategic client relationships. He is particularly focused on workplace engagement, customer research, and leadership development in large multinational organizations.

He is responsible for managing the strategy for Gallup’s client partnerships and ensuring successful project design, leadership and execution. Tom serves as a trusted advisor to executive teams and as a manager of client teams within Gallup.

Tom works to assess and understand client needs, then to assign and organize the firm’s resources to provide solutions that meet those concerns. Tom’s client portfolio includes Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, healthcare, bio-medical, airline and hospitality sectors.

 Prior to joining Gallup, Hoff worked in consulting and business development for National Research Corporation, providers of ongoing survey-based performance measurement, improvement services and governance education.

Tom attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received his Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.
