Canada Community - Transformational Businesses and the Impact on Customer Experience

May 16, 2017

Whether you’re a new or established business, creating a customer experience that will attract new customers and keep them coming back to you again and again, sometimes requires that you turn tradition on its head. Just as the now world famous Cirque Du Soleil has transformed the traditional circus into a spectacle of entertainment – creating an experience that is both memorable and transformative, so too are our three featured guest companies:

In the world of home meal preparation, transportation and finance these featured companies deliver a unique customer experience - tapping into the unique and varied needs and interests of those using their services and making them transformational within their own industry.

Join us at the beautiful and historic Musée des maîtres et artisans du Québec (Montreal) for an afternoon of learning, networking and a chance to raise a glass to "doing things just a bit differently". Come hear their interesting business journeys and take part in a customer experience focused round table discussion. Share your own story of how you’ve elevated customer experience by listening and responding to what Canadian Consumers are telling us is most important to winning and maintaining their loyalty.
