We’re ready to kick off the year with our first SOCAP Heartland Chapter meeting. Come ready to learn and share!
In the morning, we will hear from The Nerdery who will breakdown the complex world of digital as it relates to customer care and explain how digital is transforming our businesses.
In the afternoon, The Nerdery will present a case study on Customer Journey Mapping and we’ll have a panel discussion to hear firsthand how others in customer care are being proactive in this digital era.
You can expect to leave this meeting with:
- A greater understanding of Digital as it relates to Customer Care
- Customer Journey Mapping insights
- Benchmarking results from peers on how they are actively engaged digitally
- New approaches and strategies for improved engagement
To give back to our community, we are hosting a Diapers & Wipes Drive for Bethlehem House.
Bethlehem House is a family centered care facility for women, pregnant and in crisis. They provide residential and aftercare pathways for attaining quality pre and post natal care, essential parenting skills and economic security through education and employment.
