Please be sure to arrive at the Blackwell Hotel & Conference Center on the OSU Campus: 2110 Tuttle Park Pl, Columbus, OH 43210 promptly at 10:00 a.m. to ensure you do not miss the stadium tour departing promptly at 10:25 a.m.
Upon registration, a unique SOCAP "password" will be provided for you to give to the valet for parking at no cost.
Hotel accommodations can be made at The Blackwell Inn
should you need a room the night before or night of the event.
10:25 A.M. - Ohio Stadium Tour with Tyler Jones and Erica Hoon
Join us on a behind the scenes, on the field, wicked awesome tour of Ohio Stadium! Guided by the Assistant Athletics Director – Fan Engagement, Tyler Jones
and the Director of Event Management, Erica Hoon,
attendees will not only have an on-field pass to the Buckeye Gridiron, we’ll also hear from the folks that make the infamous game-days at Ohio Stadium a fun and interactive fan experience.
12:00 P.M. - Tailgate Luncheon
Lunch will include a ‘tailgate’ buffet, which will provide a variety of food all will enjoy!

1:00 P.M. - Presentation: Fisher College of Business - Nationwide Center for Advanced Consumer Insights
The Nationwide Center for Advanced Consumer Insights (NCACI) is a joint business research venture between the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. The NCACI focuses on critical thinking and rigorous problem formulation methodologies in the areas of: marketing and distribution effectiveness, consumer behavior patterns, customer satisfaction, customer lifetime value, and operational effectiveness.
The presentation will be led by Dr. Mike McCaslin
and Craig Maas
Dr. McCaslin is the Director of Marketing Research on the Customer Analytics team at Nationwide. Part of his duties are to fully leverage the insights and findings from the Center in supporting Nationwide management decision making and improving business performance. WHEN
Craig is a consultant in Marketing Research at Nationwide and acts as the Center's “Executive in Residence”, the lead liaison between Nationwide and the Center research activities. Craig is a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and specialized in Strategy and Analytics. He has spent time at Nationwide Insurance and Westfield Insurance in the analytics field.

No cancellations or refunds within five full business days (Monday-Friday) before the Chapter Event. Registration transfers to future Chapter Events will not be accepted.
