Charmaine is a certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach working as an instructor at Gwynedd Mercy University's School of Graduate and Professional Studies. She has a long and diverse customer care background with over 35 years of experience with such great organizations as Aetna, H&R Block, Telerx and IWCO Direct. Whether she was acting in the role of Quality Consultant, Senior Tax Advisor or Client Services Manager, Charmaine brings something special to the care profession that benefits her customers and colleagues alike.
Charmaine developed her own workshops in response to the needs of middle-management and team leaders who were not getting specific information on how to develop themselves and their employees. This particular workshop is geared toward all individuals working in any type of position, but especially in any service industry dealing with customers.
