Join the SOCAP Florida Chapter and enjoy the ambiance on a Norwegian Cruise Line ship. You will hear from a dynamic keynote speaker in addition to a panel discussion where you will learn about key opportunities within the consumer affairs industry. Also, you will have an opportunity to network with successful consumer affairs professionals.

Our keynote is Al Hopper, Director of Operations - Social Paths Solutions. He will address multiple industry trends and hot button topics such as:

Al's session will be followed by a panel discussion lead by members of four top-notch companies, which consist of:

Following the keynote speaker and panel presentations, there will be a formal tour of the Norwegian Cruise Ship and its operations. Lunch will be served after the tour.

Driving Directions
From I-95 Take I-95 north or south to I-395. Follow the directional signs to the Biscayne Boulevard exit. When you get the Biscayne Blvd., make a right. Go to 5th Street which converts into Port Blvd. (Landmark: America Airlines Basketball Arena.) Make a left and go over the Port bridge. Follow directional signs to designated terminal.

Parking Instructions
Short term parking is $7 per day. All Norwegian Cruise Line ship patrons including crew members park in Garage C which is just west of Terminals B & C.

Norwegian Cruise Line is not responsible for any damages or losses occasioned from the use of the facilities.
