“Managing During Change and Uncertainty

Change is stressful, but is necessary for businesses to evolve. Those companies that evolve successfully are the ones that fully involve their employees in the transition. The objective of this workshop is to develop and reinforce strong leadership skills, with the primary focus being on managing and supporting change in the workplace. It offers techniques and strategies to help supervisors and others in circles of influence learn to create an environment that supports change and embraces organizational opportunities through change.

Course Benefits

  • Accurately assess the situation and its impact.
  • Run damage control if the change has thrown you into crisis mode.
  • Consider your options, including hidden opportunities.
  • Respond in a proactive way.

“Leading Across Cultures & Generations”

This workshop will give you the skills you need to find common ground and build strong relationships with all of your employees, regardless of generational or cultural differences.

Course Benefits

  • Create a positive work environment
    that everyone will respond to.
  • Understand the different values of
    different generations.
  • Manage conflict between generations
    and cultures.

upbringing can play in work ethic
    and expectations.
