Leveraging Technology to Boost the Customer Journey

Another successful SOCAP WI chapter event at Lambeau Field! We had a great turnout and learned so much from our vendors, Astute, Augment, Rank & Minor, Aspect and Snowfly.  Attendees were able to learn and ask many questions in regards to Artificial Intelligence, Gamification, and how to use technology to manage Agent Attrition.  A special thank you to, Alta Resources, John Bere for kicking off the event and those that donated door prizes for our attendees.  In addition to all the great learnings, the day also ended on a high note with a tour of Lambeau Field!

Gallup Event - Strengths-Based Leadership

Hands on learning and interactive fun!

Thank you to Motus for hosting our recent Gallup event centering around Strengths-Based Leadership and How to Create Engagement everyday.  Participation was high and those that attended felt it was an engaging and high energy learning environment.  Those that attended walked away with a greater understanding of their own top 5 talents and also learned how to apply it to their own teams. 

Also, thank you to Jeff Burger for sharing all of his knowledge with our members and non-members!

Six Sigma White Belt Training Workshop

A Great Day of Learning!

Our recent event held at UW Credit Union in Madison was a huge success!  Participants learned the basics of Six Sigma practices while also participating in a real simulation to put Six Sigma methodology to use!  At the end of the day, they earned a Six Sigma White Belt and a wealth of knowledge that they could take back to their business. 

Thank you to UW Credit Union for the fantastic facilities!  Also, a big thank you goes out to Mark Strassburg and Amy Bouthilet, both from Alta Resources, who put on a fantastic workshop for our members and non-members!
