STAR AWARDS APPLICATION FORM

Is someone from your chapter a STAR? A hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated, dependable chapter volunteer?

A SOCAP STAR is any individual who has made an outstanding contribution to his/her local chapter. SOCAP will formally recognize Chapter STARS at the 2009 Annual Conference in Tuscon, Arizona.
