Dear Fellow SOCAP Member and Customer Experience Professional,
Welcome to the Chicago Chapter of SOCAP. SOCAP is an awesome organization – dedicated to providing opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise in the customer experience world by learning through stimulating and exciting educational seminars, and networking with the best of the best professionals in all facets of the customer service realm.
We’re off to a fast start in 2018. Your Board is already at work planning for our first event on March 1st, and we have begun the process of outlining our events for the remainder of 2018. Your responses to our survey in late 2017 have helped us shape the topic list for this years’ events: CRM and Omni-Channel Customer Service; Leadership Development for Contact Center Supervisors; Communicating Contact Center Success and Metrics that Matter; Speech and Data Analytics; and Social Media. In addition, we’ll try to have a social event benefiting a local charity. We’ll make sure you know the dates, so check your email for details!
I’m very pleased to have been asked to serve as your Chapter President for 2018. We have a great group of talented and dedicated Board Members who help define and plan the events throughout the year. If we can do something to make your SOCAP membership and Chicago chapter experience more valuable and fulfilling, please reach out and let me know.
