The Chapter Achievement Awards were created to recognize the innovative ways SOCAP chapters engage with members.
Chapters have an opportunity to nominate any activity (such as a newsletter or program) produced by their chapter between August 2007 and July 2008 that fulfills the criteria listed below. The nominations should also include any documentation, publications or announcements and a brief description of the purpose and effect of the publication or activity being nominated. Chapters may apply for more than one award.

Membership: Highest percentage of increase in total members based on total chapter membership as of July 31, 2008.
Chapter Newsletter: Features relevant educational content, exhibits effective communication techniques, demonstrates member participation and includes original or creative design.
Chapter Outstanding Program: Adds value to individual chapter based on educational content, practical application and/or professional development.
Chapter Innovation/Creativity: Recognizes the cutting-edge contributions of a SOCAP chapter that inspires innovation and creativity among its members.
