Welcome to the Chicago Chapter of SOCAP. SOCAP is an awesome organization – dedicated to providing opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise in the customer experience world by learning through stimulating and exciting educational seminars, and networking with the best of the best professionals in all facets of the customer service realm.
We’re off to a fast start in 2019. Your Board has begun the process of outlining our events for 2019...stay tuned. I’m very pleased to have been asked to serve as your Chapter President for 2019. We have a great group of talented and dedicated Board Members who help define and plan the events throughout the year. If we can do something to make your SOCAP membership and Chicago chapter experience more valuable and fulfilling, please reach out and let me know.
