    PING, Powered by Astute Solutions RealDialog, is SOCAP’s newest member service. PING is a virtual librarian, delivering the resources and information you need to succeed. PING is much more than a simple search engine—it can understand what you’re looking for and deliver it to you right away.
  • How can PING help me?
    When you need answers, PING finds them for you. With PING, you benefit from the knowledge and research of your community of customer relationship experts. The knowledge and resources in PING are contributed by SOCAP’s membership, resulting in cross-industry collaboration and information sharing. PING helps you quickly and easily find a wealth of resources including reporting templates, white papers, eBooks and more. PING empowers you with easy-to-access knowledge.
  • How do I use PING?
    PING isn’t like your typical search engine. With PING, you can ask questions using normal, natural language. Instead of having to know the combination of words, AND’s and OR’s that will turn up the search results you need, you can simply say, “What reporting templates are available?” or, “I need a reporting template.”
