	Definition SANGs are Special Affinity Networking Groups—communities of SOCAP members with a common professional bond, sharing similar needs and interests. The terms, “special affinity” and “networking” best describe the SANG experience. SANG membership is open to all SOCAP International members. Currently, there are two SOCAP SANGs: a Food & Beverage SANG and an Executive SANG. Executive SANG Open to all members that are in senior positions within customer care in their companies. Food & Beverage SANG Open to all members in the food and/or beverage industry. Benefits: SANG members receive the following major benefits: Round-the-clock, 24/7 access to peers via special section of SOCAP website. Ability to share ideas and best practices through listserv. Access to special sessions at SOCAP conferences. Participation in targeted networking activities, conference calls and other facilitated discussions.
