Globalization is more than just a concept. In today’s global economy, this issue impacts organizations of nearly every size, every industry and poses new challenges and opportunities for businesses. Join the Executive SANG for an in-depth discussion on globalization strategies and trends. Olivette Whipple is the Vice President of the IBM Global CRM Customer Contact Centers in the Americas (North & South), Europe and Asia. As part of IBM’s Integrated Operations Organization, she also has responsibility for CRM commercial clients in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and throughout Europe and Asia. IBM’s Customer Care Center(s) received the 2000 and 2001 CRM Grand Prix Award for “Outstanding customer service on the phone and email.”

Diane Hessan is President and CEO of Communispace Corporation, the leading provider of online customer communities, a transformative marketing and organizational capability enabling global businesses to continuously engage with, and listen to, their customers. A pioneer in the burgeoning social networking category, Diane helped found the company in 1999.
