Robyn Waters – former Vice President of Trend, Design and Product Development, Target, and Leading Author of The Trendmaster’s Guide: Get A Jump on What Your Customer Wants Next |
Robyn Waters has more than thirty years experience tracking and translating trends into sales and profit. As Target’s former Vice President of Trend, Design, and Product Development, she helped a small regional discount chain become a national fashion destination. Seth Godin calls her “the woman who revolutionized what Target sells, and helped the company trounce Kmart.” Fast Company magazine featured her as a top twenty “Creative Maverick” in its June 2004 Masters of Design issue. She has served as a juror for numerous national design competitions including the International Housewares Association and the National Design Awards for the Cooper- Hewitt Museum. In addition to her authoriship of The Trendmaster’s Guide, Robyn contributed to The Big Moo alongside Tom Peters, Seth Godin and Malcolm Gladwell. Her most recent book, The Hummer and the Mini, was released in October 2006.

Kelly Cook – Vice President, Employee and Customer Engagement, Waste Management |
Kelly Cook was named the Vice President of Employee and Customer Engagement for Waste Management in January 2006. Kelly joined Waste Management after serving 11 years at Continental Airlines, Inc., where she rose to Director of Customer Relationship Management after beginning her career as a temporary employee in the executive assistant pool at Continental. Kelly has been honored as one the Harvard Business School's 2003 Dynamic Women in Business. She is a guest lecturer in EMBA and MBA courses at The Kellogg School of Management. Kelly was nominated for “Houston Minority Business Council Advocate of the Year” in 2004 and for “Professional Services Advocate” in 2005. Team recognitions include CIO Magazine Award for CRM Best Practices, Gartner Award for Business Intelligence Excellence and 1 to 1 Award for Technology Innovation.

Kelly McDonald – President, McDonald Marketing and Leading Expert on the Latino Market. |
Kelly McDonald is a marketing and advertising expert with 20 years of ad agency experience in both the General Market and Latino sides of the business. Kelly worked in top positions for several global ad agencies, including Young & Rubicam, TBWA Chiat/Day and Temerlin McClain before making the move to Latino advertising and marketing. While working for one of the country’s top Latino ad agencies, Kelly immersed herself in Latino culture. Kelly has worked to help top clients such as Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, BlueCross BlueShield, Kimberly-Clark, Bank One, Alltel and Budweiser grow their businesses by targeting U.S. Latinos strategically and creatively. Kelly’s dream is to educate American businesses and organizations about the potential of cultivating Latino consumers and share marketing insights to reach Latinos emotionally, rationally and with cultural relevance.

Eric Hutto – Vice President, Consumer Business Segment, Perot Systems |
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Eric Hutto served in a variety of leadership roles at The Home Depot. Most recently, as Senior Director of Service Operations, he was responsible for the fulfillment of more than 40 service programs across 1,800 retail store locations. He also served at The Home Depot as Director of Special Services Integration and Director of Process Improvement. From 1996 to 2001, Eric served in various account roles at KPMG Consulting, including Senior Manager of JCPenney Stores and managing partner for Cingular Wireless. Eric began his career with Wal-Mart Stores, where he served in both merchandising and corporate audit functions. In 1991, he was voted “One of the Most Influential People in the PC Retail Industry,” by Computer Retail Week.
