2007 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
CALL FOR PAPERS
You are invited to submit a presentation proposal for the 2007 Annual Conference, October 7-10 in Palm Springs, California. The Annual Conference will highlight best practices in customer care and include an entire professional track featuring career - building sessions on networking, communications, and other skills.
Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by SOCAP's Conference Committee. Presentations will be chosen based on appropriateness to the overall program and applicability to other SOCAP members. Every attempt will be made to select a variety of program ideas across different industries.
Submitting Presentations Proposals
All SOCAP members are encouraged to submit a presentation proposal. It’s easy! Simply complete the one-page application below and attach a brief description of the content of your proposed presentation. You are encouraged to use the following as a guide in thinking about what topics you might like to present.
Presentation proposals are due by Friday, March 30, 2007. Submissions selected by SOCAP's Conference Committee will be notified no later than Monday, June 4, 2007.
