Join your peers from the SOCAP Food & Beverage Industry Community for an in-depth discussion on "Managing Your Product Crisis" at the 2009 Annual Conference. The session will examine the major aspects of product crisis management including response team preparedness, recall execution, communications and best practices for Consumer Relations reporting. The meeting will also cover the recent peanut recall as well as other mandatory product recall incidents. Additionally, participants will discuss voluntary product withdrawals and the overall role of Consumer Relations in recalling products from the marketplace. Presenters from Kellog's, Stericycle, Stafford Communications Group and other product recall experts will take part in this session.
This session is open only to SOCAP members from the Food & Beverage industry. Session attendees must be registered for the 2009 Annual Conference to participate.
