SOCAP International, in partnership with representatives from the leading automotive companies, is pleased to host the third annual Automotive Summit, September 18-19, at the Birmingham Conference Center in Beverly Hills, Michigan.

What is Automotive Summit?

The Automotive Summit is a highly collaborative meeting designed exclusively for automotive brands and their major departments—financial services, dealer support and customer support services. The Summit allows consumer affairs professionals within the automotive industry to share ideas and best practices, to identify challenges and to recommend solutions that impact the auto brands, their companies and their customers.

What Does the Summit Offer?

The Automotive Summit includes the sharing of benchmark data available only to registered attendees. All of the major automotive brands will be asked to participate in the benchmark study in advance of the Summit. The study is conducted by Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) and covers such major topics as:

  • Technology
  • Self-service
  • First-call resolution
  • Reporting metrics

You must attend the Summit to receive the benchmark study results and to participate in the discussion.

The 2007 Summit will include a keynote presentation from Olivette Whipple, Vice President, Global CRM Customer Contact Centers in the Americas (North & South), Europe and Asia, IBM. The Summit program will also offer round table discussions and breakout sessions facilitated by top industry experts.

Who Participates in the Auto Summit?

ALL automotive brands are invited to participate in the Auto Summit, so don’t miss your opportunity to have a seat at the table and have a voice! The meeting is not open to vendors or to companies outside the automotive sector.

How do I Register for Auto Summit?

You can register online for the Auto Summit through the SOCAP website. Registration fees are $500 for SOCAP members and $700 for non-members. Space is limited, so attendees are strongly encouraged to register today!
