Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Meeting at SOCAP's 2012 Annual Conference

Join your peers from SOCAP's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry Community for an informative three-part session addressing:

  • Overview of findings from SOCAP Complaint Rate Benchmarking Survey
    CCMC, SOCAP International

    SOCAP International, in partnership with Customer Care Measurement & Consulting (CCMC), will present an overview of the finding from a new benchmarking study that examined data on complaints per million (CPM) rates by product categories. The CPM survey results will help customer care professionals provide more relevant benchmark data to company leaders—especially where CPM rates alone do not always provide enough perspective— on whether the brand is performing at world-class levels.

  • Medicare secondary payment reporting
    General Mills, Franco Signor

    This program will provide practical information in navigating the Medicare Secondary Payer statute, identifying common mistakes and resolving the myths in dealing with Medicare’s management of MSP claims. The presenters and panelists will discuss the common pitfalls, as well as an overview of the continually evolving landscape and recent case law and rule changes have altered the playing field. 

  • Integrating the Brand
    ConAgra Foods
    The real work of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) begins after the numbers are crunched and the agreement is made. Closing the deal should not be viewed as the end result – instead, it should be considered as phase one, especially when two well-known brands and distinct cultures are combined. Several factors contribute to successful newly combined organization. In this session, representatives from some of the world's best known products will share their 'lessons learned' and best practices.

 

Continental breakfast and box lunch will be served.Meeting attendees must also be registered for the Annual Conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for cancellations must be made in writing (via email or fax) to the SOCAP National Office.  A processing fee of $250 will be charged on refunds received on or before September 14, 2012. No refunds after September 14, 2012.  Substitutions will be gladly accepted at no charge until September 21, 2012.  A $150 fee will be charged on any substitutions made between September 21 and October 5, 2012.  No substitutions after October 5, 2012.  Registration transfers to future meetings will not be accepted.
