Colleen Hebel is the Senior Manager of Corporate Consumer Affairs for Maple Leaf Foods. After years of working with an outsource vendor supporting a large consumer packaged goods client, Colleen joined Maple Leaf Foods in 2004 to co-lead the development of the Maple Leaf Foods Consumer Affairs Department. Maple Leaf Foods is a leading consumer packaged food company, headquartered in Toronto with operations across Canada and in the United States, United Kingdom, Asia and Mexico. Mark Austin focuses on regulatory health law and regulated health products. He has advised various health care providers, health care associations and food, cosmetic, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, over-the-counter and natural health products clients on commercial and regulatory matters including regulatory restrictions, regulatory approvals, labelling, advertising and promotion, recalls and crisis management. Mark has experience helping clients deal with regulatory agencies such as the Health Products and Food Branch of the Department of Health, the Product Safety Program of the Department of Health and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. He is also a licensed veterinarian. |

Stephen Graham is Chief Marketing Officer for Maple Leaf Foods. Appointed to this newly-created role in 2009, Mr. Graham is responsible for providing executive leadership to all marketing and product development initiatives across Maple Leaf Foods businesses. Other areas of responsibility include Marketing Resources which includes Marketing Services, Media Services, Consumer Affairs, Mapleleaf.com and the ThinkFOOD! Centre.
Mr. Graham has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in marketing and has consistently generated exceptional results in tier one companies. Mr. Graham began his career at Procter & Gamble and has since overseen marketing for some of the world’s and Canada’s leading companies and brands including, Coca-Cola, AT&T, CIBC and Rogers Communications. While leading marketing for AT&T in the U.S. he was ranked #1 by Advertising Age in their Power 50 selection of top global marketers.

Linnea Johnson is the Director of Consumer Services for Unilever, a Fortune 100 company. Linnea is responsible for the strategic leadership of two Consumer Services contact centers located in the United States and Canada. The centers handle over 4 million consumer contacts annually for Unilever’s wide array of brands sold in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Linnea has worked for Unilever for over 29 years in various marketing positions including Brand Management and Consumer Promotions. For the past 16 years, she has developed and implemented strategies to transition Consumer Services from a cost center to a value-creation center for the Business. Additionally, she has consolidated 5 diverse centers for North America to reduce costs and increase quality of service and has leveraged consumer insight to enhance marketing programs. Linnea has been a speaker at a number of national conferences regarding her experience in the critical consumer care profession. She is the Vice Chairman for SOCAP International, an organization that drives business transformation through its global community of customer care experts.

Marc Lapointe is the Director – Business Continuity at Desjardins Financial Group since January 2010. He leads the team responsible for the implementation and management of the corporate business continuity program and crisis management. Prior joining Desjardins and after 17 years at Bell, Marc led the prevention and security program and team at the Université de Montréal, where he was responsible for the security functions and program, emergency management, business continuity, health & safety and environmental management. At Bell, he managed the corporate resiliency program encompassing the physical security and infrastructure protection program, access management, emergency management, and business continuity. He also led the fraud control centre and the relationships with the law enforcement agencies. In addition to his functions at Desjardins, Marc is the present Chair of the “Association de la sécurité civile du Québec” and he sits on the advisory board of the Centre for National Security of the Conference Board of Canada. Marc is biologist and has a Master degree in environmental engineering. |
