Tomi T Ahonen is a six-time bestselling author of hardcover telecoms/tech books who has also released a series of three eBooks in 2009. Wayne Peacock is Executive Vice President of Member Experience, and oversees USAA's marketing, channel management, sales and service functions. He is responsible for delivering exceptional member experience to USAA's 8.2 million members and for building lifelong relationships with them. USAA provides a full range of highly competitive financial products and services to the military and their families.
Peacock has held various positions since joining USAA in 1988. Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Operations, he was responsible for operational governance and delivery of USAA's core business and technology capabilities. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, he managed USAA's corporate real estate portfolio, including facility management and physical security for 7.5 million square feet of office space. As Senior Vice President of Real Estate Investments, he led the team responsible for the acquisitions and development program for USAA Real Estate Company, a $5 billion subsidiary of USAA.
Peacock is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has also completed executive education programs at the Center for Creative Leadership, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Harvard Business School, the Stanford Directors' Forum, and the Wharton School. Peacock is active in various industry and trade groups, and currently co-leads the Mayor's Task Force on Corporate Recruitment and Retention in San Antonio. He also serves on the executive board of the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is married and has four children.

Maribel Sierra is Director in the Global Social Media & Communities team at Dell, tasked with leading Dell’s Social Media Listening and Engagement Strategy, of which the new Listening Command Center is part. She has served for 10 years at Dell across multiple roles, from operations, to supply chain to call centers. Her experience leading through Global organizations, influencing strategy and direction through a matrix organization and strong process oriented training had been instrumental to help embed social media listening across the fabric of Dell. Work that has been recognized in multiple publications, the Open Leadership award from Altimeter and most recently the Bee Awards.
She is passionate about her vision of empowering team members across Dell to listen real time to customers‘ needs, ideas, opinions, recommendations, etc and to participate in their conversations, for long lasting relationships.
Maribel has an undergrad of Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, a Masters in Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Sloan-MIT.

Chris Abani is the recipient of the PEN Freedom-to-Write Award and many other prizes. His bestselling novel, Graceland, about an Elvis impersonator in Lagos, won the Hemingway/PEN Prize.
