SOCAP Communities

Executive Community members are invited to exclusive webinars, live chats, conference calls and other offerings. Cost is $125.
Chapter Membership - Provides opportunities to connect with one of seventeen Chapters around the US. Chapters provide a venue for meeting other local customer care professionals and sharing insights, ideas and best practices. Chapters also provide invaluable education to members through programs and events.
